We warn of the escalation in the massacres of the occupying state in the Gaza Strip, the sharp decrease in the supply of food in stores, the decrease in the ability of the hospitals to perform their services, the deterioration of the environmental conditions, and the approaching cold, rainy and hurricane season, in light of the lack of the necessary shelters.

- This will put the entire sector at a disadvantage, and in light of the suspicious absence of the Peace Council and its role in overseeing Israeli performance, and its duty to fulfill the rights of the first phase, and paving the way for the transition to the second phase, all factors that will expose the sector to very difficult situations, full of humanitarian disasters of lack of health services and hunger.
