Birzeit University:

The IDF stormed our campus with about ten military vehicles and a bulldozer, and destroyed the victims' building.

The forces vandalized the physics and biology laboratories in the College of Sciences, stormed the offices of the student movement and tampered with their contents.

The raid came about ten days after a previous raid, and one day before the start of the new school year.

- The attack is a violation of international humanitarian law and is aimed at education, knowledge and national memory.

We consider the occupation authorities to be fully responsible, and we call on the international community and the academic and legal institutions to protect the Palestinian universities and hold those responsible for the violations accountable.

The bulldozers will not erase the memory of the victims, and we will continue our academic and national mission, while maintaining the right of our students and professors to a free and safe university.
