▪️ We confirm that the Palestinian elections are not the starting point, but part of a comprehensive national path to rebuilding the Palestinian national movement and its institutions on democratic and participatory foundations.

▪️ We call for a comprehensive national dialogue that will lead to a unified political plan, with the participation of political forces, popular institutions, unions and Palestinian communities in the homeland and in the diaspora.

▪️ We reject appointments and closed arrangements for the re-establishment of national institutions, and we are strict about the right of the Palestinians in their various places to choose their representatives.

▪️ We call to rebuild the National Council through democratic and fair elections, which will lead to the rebuilding of the PLO and its institutions on an inclusive and representative basis.
