The excavations, the marches, and the provocative statements of the criminal enemy, in addition to his attempts to impose new facts in Jerusalem and at Al-Aqsa Mosque, will not give him any right over our Jerusalem, and Al-Aqsa Mosque will remain until the Arab and Islamic character of Jerusalem.

We call upon our people to travel and unite at the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, and to increase our presence there, to protect Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa, and to defend it from attempts to change its reality and identity.

- We call upon the masses of our Arab and Islamic nation to take on their responsibility towards Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque, and to act to confront attempts to impose new realities on Islamic matters in Jerusalem.
