We condemn the Palestinian Authority's continued detention of the "Mazid Sakaf al-Hait" activist for more than three months, despite his deteriorating health and denial of medical treatment.

We confirm that his arrest comes as part of a systematic repression of activists and opinion makers, and demand his immediate and unconditional release.

We call on human rights and humanitarian institutions to intervene urgently to stop political violence and violations against activists.
