A 6th grade student from one of the public schools in Tbilisi was detained for possible sexual assault. The incident occurred after a fight. The mother of one of the students spoke about it. High school students were reportedly involved. But the conflict did not end there: later, in the school bathroom, one of the boys forced a fourth grader to perform a sexual act. An investigation has been opened under Section 150 of the Georgia Penal Code regarding coercion in a relationship with a minor. He was sentenced to 2 to 4 years in prison.
