New ID cards have begun to be issued in Georgia. The Ministry of Justice issued a parallel order. It is known that the updated ID cards will have a new design and will have a built-in QR code/chip that will allow you to check the information in the document or use it online. An interesting fact is that a Georgia ID can contain any combination of numbers, except when three sixes can appear one after the other (666XX, X666X, XX666).
