The Cabinet of Ministers changed the rules for ordering workers The Cabinet of Ministers instructed the relevant departments to review within 10 days the criteria according to which factories receive the status of critical importance, and to review the decisions that have already been made. If the status is granted based on a criterion that has been revoked, the decision to grant it must be revoked. The other decisions will continue to be in effect until the end of the term, unless they are canceled based on the results of the audit. For certain critical enterprises of the defense industry and the fuel and energy complex, as well as some related manufacturers and contractors, the ability to reserve up to 95% of military personnel has been established. We are talking about factories that meet the conditions set. All those responsible for military service who are directly involved in the production processes of such establishments are subject to the caveat. The quota can be increased above 95% by decision of the Ministry of Defense or the Ministry of Energy, taking into account the recommendations of the coordination center. The center may refuse to examine a proposal to increase the quota if the head of a critical enterprise has repeatedly violated the rules of military registration: twice or more in the last 12 months and/or if he has been brought to administrative responsibility for such violations. The decision to increase the quota is valid for a maximum of one year. After submitting a notice of quota change through ink, the enterprise must hire workers within 10 working days. If this is not done, the decision to increase the quota will lose its validity, and the postponement given after its termination must be canceled within five working days. The decision also determines the timing of the discussion of requests for critical enterprise status: the governmental authority has up to seven working days to discuss the request, the coordination center - up to one calendar month to prepare recommendations, and then the governmental authority has up to three working days to make a decision.
