The new Stanford Prison Experiment is out on Netflix. The reality show is based on a controversial experiment from 1971, in which 24 students were divided into "guards" and "prisoners" and placed in prison-like conditions. Had to stop it after six days due to the cruelty of the participants. In the new Netflix version, 30 people spent 14 days in a makeshift prison. Early reviews were mixed. Some say that the program cannot be ripped off, others believe that it is far from the original experiment, because the participants know about the cameras and do not behave like real prisoners and guards.
