As a result of an airstrike by Saudi Arabia, 12 Yemeni civilians, most of them children, were killed and three were injured after hitting two residential buildings in Taiz district. Bomb fragments found at the blast site identified the munition as a US-supplied Raytown Pavway training kit for the 500-pound MK 82 bomb manufactured in 2021.
