Getting through the hard winter requires energy and the company of people.

Electricity supply to energy-intensive industries continues.

Mohammad Aled, CEO of the Tabnir company, at a press conference with the media:

On the one hand, the electricity industry was faced with the need to compensate for the losses and damages caused by the war, and on the other hand, with the supply of electricity during a period of long and unprecedented heat; The conditions that made maintaining the peace and well-being of the people, the continuity of industries and protecting employment and the state's economy a heavy responsibility.

Getting through the difficult summer days was not possible without unity, empathy and intelligent management of consumption, and social capital is of particular importance for a safe passage of the next five months.

The damage caused to the country's gas infrastructure limited the fuel supply of the power plants and doubled the need to manage energy consumption and support the people in the coming months.

According to Section 4 of the Law on Removing Barriers to the Development of the Electricity Industry, energy-intensive industries such as steel, copper, petrochemicals and cement are obliged to meet their electricity needs through the establishment of power plants or the purchase of electricity from renewable power plants.

According to the plans, energy-intensive industries were supposed to create about 10,000 megawatts of power plant capacity, so far less than three thousand megawatts of this capacity have been realized, but despite this delay and fuel supply limitations, due to the special conditions of the country and the need to maintain production and employment, we tried to provide the electricity required for these industries.
