Support for production should be the main focus of economic decisions in a meeting with economic activists and the vice-chairman of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture, stated the Minister of Trade and Industry, referring to the necessity of financing small and medium-sized enterprises, because production must be seen in its true place in the state's economy and it is impossible to set a policy of decisions on the state's economy without paying attention to the effect on the state's economy. Syed Muhammad Atbek added: Creating added value through production is not similar to other economic activities, and all institutions, even groups that are not directly responsible for production, should take into account the effects of policy on the activities of producers in their decisions and avoid decisions that harm production and exports. Referring to the support package for the working capital of small and medium-sized industrial units, Minister Samet said: In the support package of January 7, 1404, special emphasis was placed on small and medium-sized enterprises; Meanwhile, banks allocated more resources to large companies to reduce their credit risk. Atbek continued: Considering the focus of banking frameworks on large enterprises, the central bank committed to allocate another 400 funds to finance small and medium-sized enterprises so that these units can also benefit from support resources. Emphasizing the need to reform the export policy, he said: We believe that if we encourage manufacturers to export, the country's export capacity will increase. But in some cases, instead of using the necessary incentives, restrictions were created for exporters by imposing strict laws. The Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade emphasized the necessity of returning foreign exchange from exports and stated: the central bank must know the location of the exported currencies and the status of their return, but this issue should not lead to the creation of unnecessary restrictions for responsible and committed exporters. He added: economic operators must also meet their foreign exchange obligations; because non-fulfillment of obligations by some exporters can provide grounds for imposing restrictions on other operators in this field.
