Establishing a "Communication Monitoring and Rapid Response Working Group" in education, creating a new road map in the field of communication in the education system Alireza Kazami; The Minister of Education, at the meeting of the Information Council of this Ministry: Today, it is impossible to be passive in the face of the enormous amount of news, analysis and media streams; Instead, one must have an effective and active presence in the field of communication while continuously monitoring, preparing content and responding in a timely manner. The presence of managers and deputies in communication programs, holding new meetings, producing news reports and inviting the media should be done according to a planned and focused plan. A specific working group should be established for monitoring and media activism so that issues and events are continuously reviewed and responsibility for the response is determined according to the importance of each issue. In these meetings, in addition to examining past injuries and performance, upcoming issues must also be planned. The media response should not be tasteful and divided; Rather, it must be determined who is responsible for answering, at what level, in what content and in what time frame.
