Cognitive warfare is the main issue of modern wars and future wars Seyed Abbas Salehi, Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, participated today in the 9th International Conference on Communication and Information Literacy on the topic "We all have a role: people as cognitive warfare activists in a conflicted world". The Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance said at this conference: A combined war is waged in the military, economic, propaganda, psychological, cultural, cyber and other fields, and perhaps it can be said that the term combined war has taken on a different meaning today, because there were combined wars in the past, but they were usually limited to two or three areas. Salehi noted: We are now witnessing a considerable variety and multiplication of these wars, and for this reason, modern combined wars are different from the combined wars of the past. The Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance said: Cognitive warfare is raised as the central issue of modern wars and future wars, and two basic motives made cognitive warfare become the most important and effective type of warfare. He added: The first driver of "cognitive science" and the second driver of cognitive wars are "new technologies", the most important of which is "artificial intelligence". Artificial intelligence has created huge opportunities for cognitive warfare in the field of data analysis and data mining, etc.
