Ehsan Chitsaz, vice president for policy and planning for the development of the Fawa and the digital economy, announced: at the joint meeting of the special working group for the digital economy and the cyberspace steering headquarters, which was held under the chairmanship of Mohammad Reza Aref, the first vice president, and in the presence of Seyedstar Technology and Communications. and digital transformation of executive bodies. According to Chitzaz, the first decision is dedicated to amending "the guidelines for determining the depth of production of priority products in technologies related to the national information network". This decision oversees the review of the criteria for measuring the share of local activities and inputs in the production of the products subject to the directive. From the point of view of industrial and technological policy, the depth of local production is an indicator for evaluating the participation of local capabilities in the production of the product. The Deputy Minister of Communications also announced the approval of the "Digital Transformation Document of the Ministry of Petroleum" and the "Digital Transformation Document of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs" as two additional resolutions of this meeting. With the approval of these documents, the agenda is to implement digital transformation plans in both ministries, within the framework of the approved documents.
