The implementation of the general policy of education must be followed in the form of a comprehensive and operational plan. Alireza Kazami, the Minister of Education, at a meeting to examine the implementation of the general policy announced by the supreme leader in the field of education and training, while referring to the plans and transformation steps of this ministry, emphasized the need for greater coordination between the pre-current documents, operational plans and executive processes. Referring to the capacity of the Ministry of Education's operational planning system, he said: The plans and actions of various departments are centralized in this system and it is possible to register, monitor and track performance at the district, district and school levels. Emphasizing the necessity of developing a comprehensive plan to implement a general policy, Kazemi paid attention to two basic axes in this direction: first, identifying the necessary laws and striving to amend or develop the necessary laws; Second, determining the implementation requirements, including financial resources, budget, organizational structure, regulations, guidelines and required mechanisms. He added: On this basis, the realization of general policies is not realized only through compiling a list of activities, but it requires detailing the legal and performance platforms and providing the necessary preparations for the effective implementation of the plans.
