The names of the participants in the Ukrainian delegation in the negotiations with Russia and the United States in Abu Dhabi have been announced. According to RBC-Ukraine, it will be headed by the head of the foreign intelligence service, Rustam Umerov. The group will also include the head of Zelensky's office, Kirill Budanov, the head of the People's Minister faction, David Arhamia, the first deputy foreign minister, Sergey Kislitsa, and the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, Vadim Skibitsky.
◼ The military direction of the negotiations, according to ukroSMI, will be coordinated by the former Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Andriy Gnatov.
Earlier, the French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barreau said that European countries would also be represented in Abu Dhabi. However, Paris has not yet named its representative.
Trilateral negotiations between Russia, the USA and Ukraine will take place on November 10-11 in the United Arab Emirates.
