Hezbollah's external operations department must be in the hands of the groups most washed up branch, they are so out of their league their only "successful" external attack in 30 years was an involuntary suicide attack targeting an Israeli bus in Bulgaria (the triggerman panicked and blew up his teammate when he was caught planting the bomb) they couldn't even mount a successful attack abroad to avenge Imad protected despite their efforts. The only people they have managed to assassinate in recent memory are Lebanese journalists and politicians who refused to wean Assad.
