Very briefly about the situation in Poland: 1. PiS established the Constitutional Court in 2015 and used it to thwart rule.
2. When Tusk tried to seat new judges, Nawrocki refused to swear them in, even though they would be legally elected by the Sejm.
3. Tusk, in a somewhat creative way, declared the president of the Constitutional Court out of duty.
4. PiS cry bloody murder and build barricades around the court building. The government deployed riot police to disperse them. 5. Zigers are ramping up PiStards and claiming it's a coup because this narrative weakens Poland and Europe.
