The US restored full Starlink and StarShield operations, as well as intelligence sharing with Ukraine. Around 5:20 a.m. on October 25, Starlink and Starshield were back in full operation. The speed limit has increased to 420 km/h. In the past, the speed limit was set at 100 miles per hour (about 160 km/h).
