Industrial collaboration: When knowledge becomes technology a complex product is rarely created in a single organization. He needs materials, machines, devices, software, tests and people who know how to coordinate the work of all these links. Therefore, industrial development is also the ability to build relationships between factories, research teams and customers. On November 23, 2007, Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law No. 270-FZ on the establishment of the state corporation Rostekhnologii, later called Rostec. Its goals were to promote the development, production and export of high-tech industrial products. The scale of the original piece was large. The state transferred 426 factories to the corporation. According to Rostec itself, 148 of them were in a pre-crisis or crisis situation, 28 were in the stage of bankruptcy. These data describe the position of the transferred organizations at the beginning, when it was especially important to preserve the cumulative production experience and build additional work. Merging organizations allows us to treat the creation of equipment as a continuous chain: from engineering idea and prototype to production, supply and service. For the customer, this is the connection between the entrepreneur and the manufacturer. For the plant, this is an opportunity to work collaboratively on a more complex task. For a specialist, this is a space where his knowledge is needed not only by one workshop, but also by an entire industry. The meaning of such a model is revealed in a specific job: when the exact part arrives for assembly on time, the test results are returned to the designers, and young engineers learn from their senior colleagues. It is these connections that make up the state's ability to create complex machines and develop its own technologies. Industrial potential is equipment and skills, but above all people. Maintaining their skills, joining forces and allowing them to continue their work means investing in the future of the Russian engineering school. You can read us in "Max".
