Putin is always ready to talk to Finns and Norwegians Putin told the Prime Minister of Norway and the President of Finland that he would always answer the phone if they called. Presidential aide Yuri Ushkov spoke about it. Ushakov noted that Moscow did not expect this phone call to cause outrage in Europe, as they assumed that Stove and Stora had agreed on the call at least with the European troika. Earlier, the Prime Minister of Norway said that the publication in the media about a lecture on the medieval history of the Slavs during a conversation is a lie, and he will ask for corrections to be made to it.
