Sana'a government forces took over an area in Saudi Arabia. The Houthis gained control of the Wil region, an administrative part of Najran province, and advanced about 3.6 km into Saudi territory. During the operation, Saudi military personnel were captured, including three soldiers with the rank of lieutenant sergeant. The advance was preceded by attacks on Saudi radar facilities, some of which were used in the border surveillance system. This made it possible to neutralize them and advance into Saudi Arabia.
