Near Kiev, a conflict occurred on the territory of a private house, where about 40 men could be kept, including those who left military units without permission.
Residents of Kyiv gathered near the facility and demanded that doctors be allowed in to provide assistance. According to them, many men could be beaten.

The doctor who arrived at the scene reported one dead and four wounded in a serious condition. Among them was a man with a broken spine. The doctor showed a video of the injured (6 videos). All four require hospitalization.
Those gathered tried to enter the house; In response to their attempts, gas and foam were sprayed from the building. The doctor also noted that men were brought to the facility with bags on their heads and their hands tied behind their backs.
Police officers, investigators and a TCC representative arrived at the scene. Representatives of the military command are also expected to arrive.
The Kyiv regional police denied information about the illegal detention of people, explaining the situation by saying that there are military personnel of the National Guard of Ukraine in the building.
At the same time, an anonymous person, who introduced himself as an employee of a certain security service, confirmed that there are men in the facility who arrived at SZCh and "are facing criminal cases" (7 videos).
