The FSB stopped the operation of 126 illegal "tools" in 53 regions of Russia. According to the department, from August to September 2026 they engaged in illegal trade in arms, the restoration of their war property in underground workshops and sales. During the operation, in which the Russian Ministry of Interior and the Russian National Guard participated, the security forces seized: 363 firearms; 1436 pomegranates; 323 kilograms of explosives; 60.5 thousand rounds. 48 underground workshops were also closed.
