FYI, I've seen many accounts confusing the Armaan Tactical Ballistic Missile (export designation), locally known as Abbil, with the Armaan Air Defense System. These are two completely different systems.
What Iran exported was the ballistic missile, and the customer is apparently Armenia, contrary to the claims that it is Russia. Russia simply does not need it, as it already has its own ballistic missile systems.
