The Navy of the Revolutionary Guards announced that two oil tankers trying to pass an unauthorized route are burning after hitting "sea mines". One tanker was east of the Strait of Hormuz, while the other was inside the Strait. Both tankers were hit by anti-ship cruise missiles, not sea mines as claimed by the Revolutionary Guards Navy.
