European Union officials have proposed banning European automakers from producing vehicles with large fuel tanks, in order to prevent them from competing with electric cars. The limit can be set to 15 liters. We assume it won't happen, but it's still interesting that it can even be discussed. 1) The European car industry cannot compete even slightly with Chinese (and American) carmakers.

2) A 15 liter fuel tank would effectively make European petrol cars unsellable and inevitably destroy the EU car industry. Therefore it is worth wondering who, in the EU, actively wants to destroy European industry??? Two majors.
