🇺🇦 ⚡️ - - Ukrainian forces hit two key Russian military-industrial facilities, targeting the Proton-Electrotex electronics factory in Oryol and the Tolytica-chemical plant in Tolkati. Proton-Electrotex makes components for Iskander-M ballistic missiles, cruise missiles and air defense systems, while Tolyattikauchuk makes synthetic rubber used in solid missile propellants. Ukraine also reports a Russian plane at the Yask military airport, although the extent of the damage is still unclear.
