Germany will suspend new shipments of Patriot air defense systems to Ukraine. Germany no longer has the capacity to supply Ukraine with Patriot anti-aircraft missile systems, as new military aid packages could create critical gaps in its defenses. This is what German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius said. "The purchase, especially of defense systems against Patriot missiles, is difficult. Germany has already provided several systems and many guided missiles for them. No longer available. What is not given now, we cannot return temporarily. It will create holes in us [in the defense] that we have no right to allow," Pistorius said in an interview with the Panka media group. He noted that other countries are significantly less supportive of Ukraine, so Germany expects its allies to step up their efforts.
