IDF spokesman:
A military exercise of the rescue brigade will begin today (Sunday) in several centers throughout the country and will continue throughout the week.
During the exercise, the forces will practice multi-scene scenarios, while activating the rescue and rescue capabilities and in cooperation with other emergency forces and organizations. The exercise is designed to strengthen the troops' competence and operational readiness, as well as their ability to respond to multiple arenas at the same time on the home front, including in complex emergency scenarios.
As part of the exercise, a lively movement of the security forces and vehicles will be felt in several centers throughout the country.
The exercise was planned in advance as part of the Home Front Command's training program for 2026. There is no fear of a security incident.
