A breakthrough in the indirect negotiations between Tehran and Washington.
Sources close to the mediation efforts led by Qatar and Pakistan reported to the pro-Qatari newspaper, "Al Arabi Al Jadid" that there was a breakthrough in the indirect negotiations between Tehran and Washington, after the visit of the Qatari mediation delegation led by the senior advisor to the Prime Minister of Qatar and the Minister of Foreign Affairs in Tehran yesterday (Friday). The sources stated that an American delegation will join the negotiations to hold talks with the Iranian delegation in Doha, which will pave the way for the announcement of a return to the negotiation track between the two sides, after agreeing on first steps related to the Iranian nuclear issue, navigation in the Strait of Hormuz and financial incentives for Iran, while China and Russia will be guarantors of the agreement.
