On the Syria-Lebanon border: the IDF attacked a Syrian terrorist who was promoting terrorism in Syria at the direction of the Iranian terrorist regime

Earlier today (Friday), the IDF attacked Yosef Ali Elhasson from the air.

Alhasson is a Syrian terrorist, who promoted terrorist acts against the citizens of Israel and the IDF forces operating in southern Syria, under the direction of the Iranian terrorist regime.

Throughout the past year, Elhasson promoted terrorist plots against IDF forces that were thwarted, which included launching explosive drones and rockets against our forces in southern Syria.

The IDF will continue to act all the time to remove immediate threats in every sector. The IDF continues to be committed to the agreement between Israel and Lebanon.
