Earlier today (Wednesday), IDF and MGB forces rushed to the area in Zaria in the Samaria Brigade, following a report of stone throwing at an Israeli citizen, who was injured.

Later, friction developed, which included a gathering of dozens of Palestinians and Israeli citizens. During the scuffle and the evacuation of the injured Israeli citizen for medical treatment, a security guard and another Israeli citizen shot at the scene of the scuffle.

At the same time, the security forces worked to disperse the gathering. A combatant commander operating in the field identified a terrorist running towards him carrying a suspicious object, and neutralized him.

Also, a number of suspects in the stone throwing were arrested, who are being investigated by the security forces.
