The Chief of Staff, Major General Eyal Zamir, the Commissioner of Police, Chief Superintendent Danny Levy and the head of the Shin Bet, David Zini held a joint and multi-scene situation assessment today (Tuesday), as part of the preparation for the sensitive period in the coming weeks.

As part of the assessment of the situation, the intelligence picture at the borders and the internal space was presented and the efforts to improve and strengthen the multi-arena defense, to fight organizations and to deal with the nationalist crime phenomenon were detailed.

The leaders of the organizations agreed on a series of measures, which will leverage the relative advantage of each of the organizations in order to ensure the proper and safe existence of the upcoming elections.
