The WSJ reports that the United States has warned several Gulf states to prepare for a possible short and intense military campaign against Iran after the midterm elections in November.
According to the report, the American forces are strengthening missile defense systems, replenishing ammunition and preparing bombers and fighter jets for possible operations.
