Joint statement to the IDF and Shin Bet spokesmen:

The IDF and the Shin Bet eliminated the commander of the Nochava division who was one of the leaders of the raid on the Kissuf outpost and took part in the kidnapping of Israelis in the October 7 massacre

The IDF and the Shin Bet attacked last week (Monday) in the Khan Yunis area in the southern Gaza Strip and killed Sham Gamal Muhammad Abu Galala, the commander of the Noh'ba department in the military wing of the Hamas terrorist organization.

Abu Galala was one of the leaders of the raid on the Kissuf outpost and took part in the kidnapping of Israelis during the October 7 massacre.

Throughout the war and recently, promoted terrorist acts against IDF forces and the citizens of the State of Israel and worked to restore the capabilities of organization Hamas, while systematically violating the ceasefire. The terrorist was eliminated from the air in order to remove the threat he posed.

The security forces in the Southern Command are deployed in the area in accordance with the agreement and will continue to work to remove any immediate threat.
