IDF spokesman:
To remove a threat: the IDF eliminated a terrorist who invaded Israel in the October 7 massacre and took part in the kidnapping of the body of the late Sergeant Shaked Dahan
The IDF attacked in the Khan Yunis area of the Gaza Strip earlier this week (Sunday), killing Ibrahim Alam, a commander in the military wing of organization Hamas.
The terrorist raided the territory of the State of Israel in the October 7 massacre, and took part in the murder of many Israeli citizens, in addition to the kidnapping of the body of the late Sergeant Shaked Dahan as a prisoner of Hamas.
In another attack yesterday (Tuesday), the IDF attacked and killed Muhammad Sulaiman Salah, a terrorist in the military wing of organization Hamas.
In recent times, the terrorists promoted terrorist acts against the IDF forces and the citizens of the State of Israel and worked to restore the capabilities of organization Hamas, while systematically violating the ceasefire. The terrorists were eliminated from the air in order to remove the threat they posed.
Prior to the attacks, measures were taken to reduce harm to civilians, including the use of precision weaponry and aerial observations.
IDF forces under the Southern Command are deployed in the area in accordance with the agreement and will continue to act to remove any immediate threat.
