A joint statement to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Israel Katz:

The IDF killed Muhammad Abu Alwan, the head of the financial department of organization Hamas, in Khan Yunis a short time ago.

The Prime Minister and the Minister of Defense praise the IDF and the Shin Bet for the precise action and the aggressive activity to thwart our enemies.

We continue to pursue the commanders of Hamas and its operatives, damage its funding sources and destroy infrastructure. We will not allow Hamas to restore its power and we will not stop until there is no Hamas in Gaza.
