Alibaba on the Saudi Al-Arabi Channel has published clauses of the draft proposal in which the intermediaries claim. Among the clauses: examining the possibility of obtaining Iran an early commitment to the future of its nuclear material and examining a possible role for China as a whole to implement any agreement between the United States and Iran.
