Judge Moshe Bar-Am asked: "Is it appropriate to use a complicated wording towards the Prime Minister? ". Mandelblit replied: "I wanted to leave the possibility to decide between charges of bribery and breach of trust. This wording is more suitable for breach of trust, but it is also possible to reach other conclusions."
