🇮🇱 As part of the latest deployment discussion in the IDF, an officer with the rank of brigadier general was agreed upon for the position of head of the space division. The division is expected to be established in the coming months, as part of the multi-year program 'Hoshen', and it will lead the development of the space field as a dedicated military profession. In addition, after it was disbanded in 2003, a tank brigade was established in the IDF.
