🇮🇱 A 24-year-old electric bicycle rider was seriously injured after being hit by a car in Umm al-Fahm. MDA medics and paramedics who arrived at the scene gave him medical treatment and evacuated him to Rambam Hospital in Haifa with head and chest injuries.
