🇮🇱 The State Attorney's Office submitted to the Nazareth Peace Court a precedential civil lawsuit, the first of its kind, against Ofir Menachem, a former captain in the IDF, who was convicted according to his confession of committing sexual offenses against two of his orders while serving as the commander of an operational company. In the lawsuit, the state requests that he be ordered to return more than a million shekels to the public purse, for rewards that were paid and will be paid in the future as a result of his actions.
