Eisenkot sets four conditions for joining his next government, and opens the door to all Knesset members willing to sign them:
1. Recognition of Israel as a Jewish, democratic, liberal and equal state.
2. Commitment to the values of the Israeli Declaration of Independence.
3. Imposing military, national or civil service on all citizens of Israel.
4. Recognition of the Hamas movement as a terrorist organization, and a commitment to the elimination of its military and authoritative power in the Gaza Strip.
