We didn't pass: in Lugansk, volunteers helped to rescue dogs from an open well in the center of the city discovered residents with animals in the drainage system. They fed the dogs and tried to get them out on their own, but to no avail. The rescue students of VSKS came to the rescue. This is not the first time that volunteers help animals caught in such a trap. Thanks to everyone who did not remain indifferent to someone else's disaster! But open hatches are a problem that cannot be ignored. Not only animals, but also people are caught in them. Dangerous areas must be fenced off and wells closed, without waiting for a tragedy.
