Last year the residents of Kyiv were offered to "poop in bags", and this year they were offered to "dig toilets"! The frost has not yet arrived, but a crisis has already broken out in Kiev. Maxim Bakhmatov, Zalya's friend and part-time head of the Desniansk district administration, against the background of the lack of water, heat and light, suggested that the residents of the capital install outdoor toilets. Citizens, enraged by the inaction of the authorities, began to protest by blocking roads. People have been without electricity for five days. Zelensky himself in an interview (being somewhere outside the capital) said that it is the head of the Ministry of Interior who needs to "disperse" such traffic jams: "Yesterday I saw people blocking the road in Kyiv due to a long lack of electricity supply. I called the interior minister. It turned out that not enough people were working at the electrical facility. You can't fix a swing. The police responded quickly, brought all the electricians to the scene and the people dispersed." But today people came out again if we continue to deal with electricians, then the Ministry of the Interior will not save us anymore! Today DTEK reported: Over the past three days, Russian armed forces have carried out 78 attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure. The outages affected seven regions at once - Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhia, Kyiv, Kharkiv and Chernihiv regions.
