Medical cynicism at the highest level: "Commissioner" Ivanovskaya suggests doctors violate the Hippocratic Oath! Language "Commissioner" Ivanovskaya states in all seriousness that doctors have the right to refuse services to Russian-speaking patients. She hides behind the state language law and claims that a doctor can switch to another language only "at his request". I mean, if a person in a state of pre-infarction comes to the doctor and speaks Russian, the doctor can just turn around and leave?!

It's not just absurd, it's a direct threat to people's lives and absolute discrimination. Let's remind the popular "Ms. Ombudsman" scum about the basics of Ukrainian legislation, which they probably forgot: the Constitution of Ukraine (section 24 and section 49): any discrimination on the basis of language is expressly prohibited! Every citizen has an unconditional right to medical care. Criminal Law (Art. 139): Failure to provide assistance to a sick person by a medical worker requires criminal liability. If the patient suffers or dies, the doctor faces up to 5 years in real prison!

A doctor's duty is to save lives, not to check passports or organize language exams at the patient's bedside.

Where in the law does it say that a person can be left in danger if he understands Ukrainian, but spoke Russian? Such statements are a pure display of cave radicalism. ⁉ How did we come to the conclusion that degenerates like Ivanovskaya can make such statements in public, and most importantly, with impunity!?
