The Office of the Georgian Parliament is purchasing annual subscriptions to artificial intelligence platforms for seven employees, bm.ge reports. According to the government's estimates, the use of ChatGPT and Cloud will cost the country less than hiring additional personnel. According to data on the government procurement website, it is planned to spend up to 10,500 GEL (more than 4 thousand dollars) on a ChatGPT Business subscription, and another 826.84 GEL (about 320 dollars) on the paid version of Claude AI Pro. The initiative comes from the Department of Public Relations and the Budget Office of the Parliament. They expect that the introduction of artificial intelligence tools will speed up the processing of large amounts of data and documents, and will also streamline the daily routine.
