Dor Tzbari and Mohammad Favaka, paramedics at the MDA who arrived at the scene in Petah Tikva, said: "It is a very difficult scene. They led us to the wounded woman who was unconscious. We performed medical tests, but unfortunately her injury was critical and we had no choice but to determine her death on the spot."
